Former Users
If you discontinue using the Online Services or your permission to use the Online Services is terminated, we may continue to use and disclose your personal information in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy as amended from time to time. You may have certain rights based upon privacy laws in various jurisdiction depending on where you live. In the event those laws allow you the right to request the deletion or destruction of your information, known as an “opt-out”, Innovum with comply with the requirements of the applicable law. However you must know that (i) should you “opt-out”, Innovum will no longer be able to provide the Services to you and (ii) once your personal information is transmitted to others, your personal information is in their possession and under their control and not under the control of Innovum.
